Website Maintenance and Updates
Your website is up and running, now what? Need to make a few changes? Do
you have some new information that needs to be uploaded to your site
and don’t have a clue on how to get into your back office? I CAN HELP!Regular maintenance is just as important as the initial website design. Maintaining your website keeps content fresh and makes your site attractable to SEO. Our website maintenance and update agreements include scheduling, monthly maintenance, and link checks. If potential customers are complaining of broken navigation, missing pages or distorted graphics in certain browsers, I CAN HELP.
Wanting to insure that this experience is easy and affordable, I ask that whatever deployment you select that all media needing to be updated be in a zip folder sent via Google Drive. These updates are done on a scheduled basis. Client choose the date(s) and/or week of the month when updates and maintenance are to take place. Submission on project content, documents, video, pictures, audio, etc. are received a minimum of 10 working days prior to scheduled date. If submitted content is not received before scheduled date at the timely manner, updates will not be done according to committed schedule and will be updated according to the available schedule.
